REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNING ITEMS
1.Items received should be unused, undamaged and in original package.
2.If there's quality problem, please send photo for checking.
3.If the item or size you received is wrong, please send photo of the item you received for checking, and the photo of the transparent package (we need to check the information on it).
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service first . It is easy for you to exchange or refund.
Return the item for a refund, you need to pay the return shipping fee and send the original package back us unless there was an error on Andester’s part (such as incorrect item, size, or color).
In general, you will get the refund in 7 business days after we receive your returns. You will not get a full refund for your return if it was detected or has obvious damages, so please be sure all the items are in good condition before you send them back.
Exchange is available
Return shipping will take so long time to arrive at our warehouse, especially by standard shipping. After we get your return, maybe the item you want to exchange was no longer on sell. Anyway please contact us in time by email .
